About the Virginia Conservation Credit Exchange, LLC
VCCE is owned and operated by its principal, Todd Hochrein. Todd has managed land conservation and credit exchanges from a landowner’s perspective as the CFO for the Kluge Estate in Charlottesville, Virginia. He oversaw the land preservation program for the Estate and placed hundreds of acres under easement. Prior to the Kluge Estate, Todd worked as the senior financial officer for two start-up companies. Todd began his career as a CPA for McGladrey & Pullen, a regional accounting firm in Richmond, Virginia. Todd has a BS in Business Administration and a MBA from the University of Richmond.
